• Earthworks: 40,000m³ cut to stockpile, shaping the site for future development.
• Road Construction: Heavy vehicle pavement construction, kerbing, and subbase preparation.
• Utility Adjustments: Major upgrades to sewer, water, electrical, and communication systems to meet modern standards.
• Environmental Works: Preserving the local environment while enabling sustainable development.
• Cudgegong Road Adjustments: Enhancing access and transportation flow for the community.
• Landscaping: Creating green spaces to complement the development and support community well-being.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Managing collaboration with key stakeholders, including Transport for NSW, Sydney Water, and Endeavour Energy.
