Ironbuilt Infrastructure is delivering a new sewer pump station for Sydney Water, through the D4C alliance, in the growing suburb of Calderwood. This project supports the expansion of wastewater services to meet rising demand across the Illawarra.
Scope of works includes:
- Bulk earthworks to 13m depth, including hard rock excavation
- Construction of wet wells, valve pits and gravity main
- Extensive dewatering operations
- Mechanical installation, including pump systems
- Switchroom building construction
- Ancillary works – roads, carports, and reinstatement
This project represents another major delivery in the Illawarra, ensuring long-term reliability of essential wastewater infrastructure.
